Internship Engineering Facility and Projects Unit

Position Requirements:

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate university degree program in Architecture, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering.
Proficiency in drawing and familiarity with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, AutoCAD, etc.
Good communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders.
Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site visits to monitor campus landscape implementation and maintenance status.
Update space charge database monthly and provide reports to engineering supervisors.
Supervise planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance works on site.
Gather building information including floor plans and structural details for the new ticketing system.
Assist in space allocation and measurement within the building.
Data entry into the new ticketing system for work orders and maintenance tasks.
Collaborate with supervisors to obtain PPM data for effective maintenance planning.
Provide training and support to staff using the new ticketing system.
Document user manuals and technical documentation for the system.
Organize and manage SharePoint data.
