Position 1: Customer Service Supervisor – Grade 1

Job Summary:

• Countersign tickets/vouchers and authorize transactions.
• Monitor all cheque clearance activities and accounts of suspense nature.
• Ensure and follow up on the reconciliation of accounts and other related duties.

Educational Level and Work Experience:

• Minimum BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking operations.

Position 2: Branch Manager Grade 1

Job Summary:

• Plan, coach, and coordinate the activities of the branch.
• Motivate and coach customer service officers responsible for delivering high-quality service.
• Participate in the development, expansion, and management of customer and business relationships within the branch.
• Identify and recruit potential customers, providing professional advice.

Educational Level and Work Experience:

• Minimum BA Degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Banking, and Finance.
• Minimum of 6 years of work experience in banking, with at least 2 years in a banking operation supervisory position.
