1. Customer Relationship Officer

Location: Addis Ababa

Position Summary:

As a Customer Relationship Officer, you will act as a liaison between external and internal customers, including the sales team and CSD/operations, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer orders and invoices. This position is based in Addis Ababa and reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to process orders and invoices.
• Ensure accurate and efficient order processing.
• Provide excellent customer service to maintain strong relationships.

Skill and Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel

• 3+ years of relevant sales experience in FMCG/Building materials companies
