1. Customer Relationship Officer

Location: Addis Ababa

Position Summary:

As a Customer Relationship Officer, you will act as a liaison between external and internal customers, including the sales team and CSD/operations, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer orders and invoices. This position is based in Addis Ababa and reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate with customers and internal teams to process orders and invoices.
Ensure accurate and efficient order processing.
Provide excellent customer service to maintain strong relationships.

Skill and Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree
1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel

Plan, organize, and follow up on maintenance tasks.
Manage a team to ensure efficient operations and quality maintenance.

BSc degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering
2+ years of relevant experience in the manufacturing sector

As a Project Sales Executive, you will support the Sales Manager in promoting and selling a range of decorative products. You will utilize Jotun’s sales tools and techniques to build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets. This position is based in Addis Ababa and reports to the Assistant Project Sales Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Promote and sell decorative products to new and existing customers.
Develop strong customer relationships to achieve sales goals.
Increase Jotun’s market share and profitability.

Skill and Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in any field of study
3+ years of relevant sales experience in FMCG/Building materials companies

Position Summary:

As a Purchase Executive, you will manage and execute operational purchasing tasks in line with Group Purchasing policies and procedures. This role is based in Adama, Adama Industrial Park, and reports to the Supply Chain Manager.

Execute purchasing tasks as delegated by the Purchasing Manager.
Ensure compliance with Group Purchasing policies and procedures.

Skill and Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree
2 – 4 years of relevant experience in purchasing in a manufacturing industry
