1. Customer Service Supervisor-II

Skill and Educational Background:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Experience: Four (4) years of relevant work experience, with six months as Sr. Customer Service Officer II

Place of Work: Harerkela, Bedesa, Gelemso, Hirna, Kobo & KaraMara Hospital Area Branches (For New Branches Under Dire Dawa District)

2. Customer Service Supervisor-II IFB

Skill and Educational Background:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Experience: Three and a half (3.5) years of relevant work experience
• Additional Requirement: Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles pertaining to Interest-Free Banking Operation

Place of Work: Wegagen Amana Selam Branch (Dessie Town)

3. Sr. Customer Service Officer-II

Skill and Educational Background:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Experience: Three (3) years of relevant work experience, with six months as Customer Service Officer

4. Sr. Payment System Officer

Skill and Educational Background:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
• Experience: Three (3) years of relevant work experience

Place of Work: Head Office

5. Principal Payment System Officer

Skill and Educational Background:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
• Experience: Six (6) years of relevant work experience

Place of Work: Head Office

6. Branch Manager III

Skill and Educational Background:

• Education: Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Experience: Four (4) years (with Master’s)/Six (6) years (with Bachelor’s) of relevant work experience, with one year of experience as Assistant Branch Manager or Customer Service Supervisor – II
