• 9/10 years of experience, with 2 years as Manager, Accounts and Finance, Division Manager, or equivalent position in the Banking Industry.

2. Manager, General Accounts and Reconciliation (Re-Advertised)

Skill and Educational Background:

• MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
• 8/9 years of experience, with 2 years as Team Leader, BM-II, or equivalent position in the Banking Industry.

3. Senior Auditor I (Extended)

Skill and Educational Background:

• MA/MSc/BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field of study.

5. Branch Manager (New)

Skill and Educational Background:

• 4/5 years of general work experience, with 1 year as CSM-I, Manager Banking Operation Management-I, SCSO-Cash I, or equivalent in the Banking Industry.

6. Manager, Banking Operation Management -1 (New)

Skill and Educational Background:

• MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
• 3/4 years of general work experience, with 1 year as Senior Customer Service Officer-Cash I, Senior Internal Controller I, or equivalent in the Banking Industry.

7. Bank Trainee (Extended)

Skill and Educational Background:

• BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance, or related fields.
• No work experience required.
• Pass an exit exam.
• Graduated in 2023 or 2024.
• Age: ≤ 28 years old.
• Proficiency in Afaan Oromoo is mandatory; knowledge of English and other local languages is advantageous.

Job Grade: VI

Workplace: All branches under all districts
