1: Process Team Leader

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operation of designated equipment within the Syrup, Water & Waste Water Treatment plant, and Testing Room Facilities.
• Supervise calibration and maintenance program activities for the Syrup, Water & Waste Water Treatment plant, and Testing Room Facilities.
• Support the QC clearance processes for raw materials, including sampling, testing, and submission to the onsite Test Room Facility where required.
• Closely supervise the GMP of the plants and syrup and water production volume and quality.
• Support greater Quality Team Facilities, functions, and resources where required.
• Ensure sustainability of all initiatives within the defined unit.
• Comply with SHEQ requirements.
• Coach & Mentor the team.

Skill and Educational Background:

• First Degree in Food Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields of study.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Food Processing.
• Applicants must be Ethiopian citizens.
