Skill and Educational Background

Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience in HR management or administration.
Academic Performance: High GPA and a demonstrated ability to quickly grasp and implement new concepts.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Proven track record of driving change and innovation within HR functions.

Responsibilities

Spearhead the digitization of HR processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and tools into HR operations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and comply with legal regulations.
