Position: Human Resources Manager

Join Haron Computer PLC as we embark on a journey to digitalize our human resource processes. We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead this transformation and ensure the seamless implementation and maintenance of our new digital HR systems.

Skill and Educational Background

• Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience in HR management or administration.
• Academic Performance: High GPA and a demonstrated ability to quickly grasp and implement new concepts.
• Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Proven track record of driving change and innovation within HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the digitization of HR processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and tools into HR operations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and comply with legal regulations.
• Lead and support employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior management on HR-related matters.
