DAFA Soap and Detergent Manufacturing PLC is a branch company of the STPP Group from Hong Kong, China. The group has 11 production enterprises, 2 domestic trading companies, and 2 import & export companies. After more than 30 years of operation, the group has integrated the upstream and downstream of the chemical industry, including raw materials, packages, semi-finished and finished products, equipment, and production lines.

Position: Sales Representative

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Represent the company’s products and services using consumer research and comprehensive knowledge of how our products meet the needs of customers.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share for our detergent products.
3. Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
4. Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
5. Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identify potential new sales opportunities.
6. Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement and satisfaction.
7. Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos and presentations.
8. Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections.

Job Requirements

• Age: Under 27 years old
• Gender: Female
• Work Location: Dire Dawa
• Familiarize yourself with each area and route of Dire Dawa city, able to accept long-term outdoor work.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Amharic, including listening, speaking, and writing, and the ability to accurately translate one language into another.
• College degree or above.
• More than 1 year of work experience in the fast-selling industry.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
• Good personality traits such as confidence, diligence, reliability, and a sense of responsibility.
