Position: CCTV Camera / Control Room Operator

Responsibilities:

• Operating and monitoring surveillance security systems/cameras within the Control Centre efficiently, following operating procedures, legislation, and best practices.
• Recording all events, incidents, and actions taken in a clear, legible, and accurate written format.
• Maintaining a secure system for providing data in accordance with regulations, ensuring control room and equipment security, and reporting equipment failure to management.
• Providing efficient and courteous radio and telephone answering services and dealing efficiently with all inquiries.
• Liaising with security agencies and staff to ensure appropriate use of the CCTV system, including all evidential records and witness statements to a standard acceptable to the rules of evidence.

Skill and Educational Background:

• Degree: BSc in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, ICT, or related fields from a reputable university with a CGPA of 2.8 and above.
• Graduation Year: 2022-2024 graduates are highly recommended to apply.

Additional Skills:

• Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Report writing skills.
• Ability to identify small, unnoticeable details that others might overlook.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.
