Skill and Educational Background:

• Degree: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership Marketing Management, or related fields.
• Experience: 5/6 years of general work experience, with 1 year as Branch Manager, CSM-II, Manager Banking Operation Management-II, Senior Banking Business Office-I, or equivalent position in the banking industry.

Terms of Employment:

• Permanent after the probation period.

Salary:

• As per the new scale of the bank.

Job Grade:

• XII

Place of Work:

• Branches under all districts.

2. Manager, Banking Operation Management – I

Skill and Educational Background:

• Degree: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership Marketing Management, or related fields.
• Experience: 3/4 years of general work experience, with 1 year as Senior Customer Service Office-Cash I, Senior Internal Controller-I, or equivalent position in the banking industry.

Terms of Employment:

• Permanent after the probation period.

Salary:

• As per the new scale of the bank.

Job Grade:

• X

Place of Work:

• Branches under all districts.

Note:

• Language Proficiency: Ability to listen, speak, read, and write in ‘Afaan Oromoo’ is mandatory. Knowing English and other local languages is advantageous.
