Position: Senior Finance Officer (Grant/Contract)

Salary: As per the Oxfam benefit package

Skill and Educational Background:

• Degree in Accounting or MA in Finance from a recognized university/college.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a finance role, preferably in an international NGO.
• Experience in project financial management, reporting, and partner management.
• Strong interpersonal skills and sensitivity to cultural differences.
• Good command of computing skills (MS Word, MS Excel) and other internal software systems.
• Willingness to be flexible and adaptive to changing working requirements.
• Knowledge of or eagerness to learn various accounting software, with special emphasis on the Oxfam financial management system.
• Good spoken and written English and Amharic.
