Position: Junior Customer Service Specialist

Skill and Educational Background:

• Education: Graduate of Year 2024 & 2023 with BA in Procurement and Supplies, Purchasing, Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, and other related fields.
• GPA: Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
• Experience: No prior experience required.
• Age: ≤ 25
• Additional Requirement: Exit Exam is required for 2023 G.C fresh graduates.

Essential Functions:

• Prepare different utility and maintenance payment orders.
• Follow up on different maintenance works.
• Record any general service duties in a log book.
• Encode data in fuel management system software.
• Assist with budget preparation.
• Assist in monitoring fuel consumption.
• Assist in supervising fleet management.
• Perform other related duties as required.
