Position: System Administrator

Job Summary:

• Support business continuity and growth by monitoring and controlling different systems and domain environments of the company.
• Perform upgrading and maintenance tasks on hardware and software.
• Resolve technical problems and ensure system security and efficient operation on a daily basis.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain networked computer systems, including system software and applications.
• Administer user accounts according to company policy.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with user and computer accounts policies.
• Backup and safeguard data to mitigate risks.
• Optimize processes and recommend improvements.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement system security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.

Skill and Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/BIS/MIS, or related fields.
• MS Certified Windows Server Hybrid Administrator/Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Certificate is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years in a technical analytical position managing server environments.

Required Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of Operating Systems.
• Proficiency in Cloud Computing, clustering, and virtualization.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP and network protocols.
• General knowledge of storage technologies (SAN/NAS) and Active Directory.
• Strong understanding of systems planning, security principles, and software management best practices.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
