About the Company:

1. Deputy Manager-Operations

• Location: Addis Ababa
• Salary: ETB 34,500.00
• Number of Positions: 2

Purpose of the Role:
To manage end-to-end operations of the VAC (Visa Application Center) while ensuring quality and cost-saving, compliance with set processes, and effective people management to maximize efficiency. Additionally, to ensure the implementation of new process rollouts or changes.

Skill and Educational Background:

• Degree/MA in Tourism, Marketing, or any Social Science field.
• 5-6 years of experience, preferably in the Travel and Tourism or Service industry, with customer handling service experience.

Knowledge & Key Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office and good typing speed.
• Adaptability and presence of mind to handle customer queries and complaints.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of systems and processes.
• Ability to innovate and enhance procedures and methods to increase productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Team management skills.
• Language: Fluency in English; knowledge of an additional international language would be an asset.

2. Order Picker

• Location: Addis Ababa
• Salary: ETB 10,000.00
• Number of Positions: 2

Role Purpose:
To manage the company’s investment in stock (Network Equipment Items) to meet company requirements by ensuring the accuracy of stock issuance data in ERP systems.

Skill and Educational Background:

• Degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or a similar qualification from a reputable university.
• CGPA 3.00 and above plus Diploma in Supply Chain Management.
• Experience: Fresh Graduate.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory.
