We are currently inviting qualified and competent applicants to apply for the following positions:

1. Compliance Training Officer

Location: Addis Ababa
Employment Type: Permanent

Job Summary:
The Compliance Training Officer will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the delivery of compliance training sessions. The role includes monitoring training sessions and ensuring the proper filing of documentation before, during, and after the training is delivered.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Legal Studies, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Additional Certifications: Certifications in compliance and administration are an added advantage.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional setting, particularly in compliance.

2. Packaging Manager

Location: Addis Ababa
Employment Type: Permanent

Job Summary:
The Packaging Manager will lead, manage, and oversee the execution and efficient running of the plant packaging function. This includes achieving the Sales & Operational Plan, delivering final products on time and in full, while maintaining product quality at the optimum possible cost. The role ensures compliance with BGI’s and Castel Group’s standards and consistently promotes the excellence associated with BGI’s brand.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: A minimum of a BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electricity, or Electronic Engineering.
Experience: A minimum of 8 years of proven experience leading a plant/factory packaging function in an FMCG industry setting.
