About Us:
Bless Agri Food Laboratory Services PLC is a privately operated and accredited food testing laboratory, established as a joint venture by Hilina Enriched Food PLC of Ethiopia and Nutriset S.A.S of France. The laboratory is designed to meet the market demand for accredited food laboratory services in Ethiopia and surrounding regions. It is located 20 km east of Addis Ababa in Legetafo Town.

Position: Junior Customer Service Officer & Cashier

Location: Legetafo
Salary Range: 10,000 ETB

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive or take samples for testing/analyses, ensuring proper registration, coding, and handling.
• Follow up on the status of customer orders and address delays or complaints.
• Issue test results, certification, inspection reports, certificates, and other deliverables to customers.
• Professionally register and respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns in the best interest of both the customers and the company.
• Promote the services of the company and elaborate them professionally to potential and current customers.
• Provide advice and support to the marketing and sales staff on technical and professional matters.
• Establish and maintain good and transparent working relationships with customers based on formal contract agreements.
• Liaise between customers and the relevant units of the company on customer-related matters.
• Actively absorb all training and coaching provided.
• Properly operate and handle the cash register machine.
• Prepare and issue Proforma invoices to customers.
• Keep the office clean and neat.
• Collect cash or checks and issue official company receipts.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on activities.
• Perform other related functions as required.

Skill and Educational Background:

• Education: BSc in Chemistry, Biology, Food Sciences, or closely related fields.
• Experience: Not required.
