Position: Field Sales Representative

Location: Kazanchis, Addis Ababa
Required Number: 50

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site visits to engage with potential clients and promote our real estate services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Assist in organizing and participating in property viewings.
• Provide clients with detailed information about our properties and services.
• Collect and report feedback from clients to improve services.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility in the field.
• Attend networking events to increase market presence and build contacts.

Skill and Educational Background:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field.
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new sales techniques.
