Job Summary:

Gather, arrange, and inspect data using various procedures to deduce information that can be used to create and shape strategies regarding the Sales Force Automation system.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership Responsibilities:
Sending out insightful reports in a timely manner.
Sales data management to preserve data integrity for future reference and analysis.
Top Accountabilities:
Produce daily, weekly, and monthly Sales Force Automation update reports.
Check and clean data, taking special care to replace inaccurate values with correct figures.
Report on daily insights obtained from the sales team to inform business strategies.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness of reporting.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in reporting and analytics.

Qualifications and Experience:

Educational Background: BA degree in business-related fields.
Experience: 3 years of experience in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment in the sales or finance functions.

Key Competency & Behavioral Skills:

Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with a diverse client base, sales office counterparts, and provide outstanding customer service.
Good commercial awareness (finance, sales, marketing, and cost base).
Good planning and organization skills.
Ability to travel.
