About EthSwitch:

Established in 2011, EthSwitch is a share company fully owned by all banks in Ethiopia. EthSwitch aims to provide simple, affordable, secure, and efficient e-payment infrastructure services to retail payment service providers and, through them, to end-users in Ethiopia. The company utilizes state-of-the-art technology and highly skilled professionals to contribute to the modernization of the national payments system and enhance financial inclusion in the country. Since 2016, EthSwitch has enabled the interoperability of ATMs operated by all banks. Currently, the company is working on projects to achieve interoperability of POS terminals and other digital payment platforms operated by all financial service providers.

Position: Clearing and Reconciliation Officer

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
