Geranba Bottling Plc, a company engaged in bottling and distributing natural spring water under the brand name “SOUTH SPRING” to local and international markets, invites qualified and competent applicants to apply for the following position. The company aims to become the leading natural spring water provider in East Africa and the Middle East by exceeding customer expectations.

1. Hygiene & Sanitation Officer

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Regularly clean and disinfect work surfaces, equipment, and high-touch areas.
Dispose of waste properly in designated containers, including hazardous waste.
Clean and sanitize tools and equipment according to established protocols.
Maintain clean restrooms with adequate supplies and ensure regular sanitation.
Ensure safe and clean water supply for drinking and sanitation purposes.
Implement pest control measures to prevent and manage pests.
Conduct regular training sessions on proper hygiene and sanitation practices.
Provide materials and resources that promote hygiene and sanitation.
Enforce hygiene and sanitation policies and procedures.
Regularly monitor and evaluate compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards.

Qualifications:

Education: BSc Degree or Diploma in Environmental Health, Science, or Sanitary Science.
Experience: 0 years of experience required for Degree holders; 2 years of experience required for Diploma holders.

Salary: As per the company scale
