Job Description:

As a Sales Promoter, you will be responsible for attracting new customers, improving profits, assisting with product launches and events, and enhancing knowledge of the product range. You will play a crucial role in building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the availability of Habesha Beer in all key outlets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sales Performance & Customer Relationship Management:
• Create sales from existing and new customers.
• Achieve daily sales volume targets in the assigned territory and submit sales reports.
• Identify and maximize sales opportunities in strategic outlets.
• Build strong customer relationships with outlet owners and staff.
• Execute approved promotions and communicate product benefits to consumers.
• Ensure product availability in all registered outlets.
• Open new accounts to expand product availability.
• Monitor and manage stock levels in key outlets.
• Oversee the proper management of company fridges and report maintenance needs.

Skill and Educational Background:

• Education: BA/BSc degree in any field.
• Experience: No prior work experience required. Preferably, 1-year experience in sales.
