Position: HR Officer

About Holland Dairy:

Holland Dairy is a leading provider of high-quality dairy products across Ethiopia. Known for our yoghurt and milk, we pride ourselves on sourcing our milk locally, selecting only the best to ensure top-quality raw milk inputs. We are committed to building a thriving Ethiopian agricultural sector, with the majority of our suppliers being smallholder farms.

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduates of 2023/24.
• BA Degree in Business Management.
• Ability to prioritize and manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Certification in Talent Management or any other HR fields is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and basic computer applications.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Employment Documentation:

• Prepare job offer letters and employment contracts.
• Ensure all staff complete the required forms for employment.

Performance Management:

• Ensure all staff have specific roles and receive performance evaluations as per the timeline.
• Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.

Record Keeping:

• Maintain updated and secure staff information and personnel files.
• Keep and update staff leave records.

HR Support:

• Provide support in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and training.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in handling employee relations issues and grievances.
