Position: Training Specialist

Location: Addis Ababa
Required Number: 3 positions
Experience: Fresh Graduates

Job Description:

Serve as the owner of training operations and implementation, streamlining and managing all training delivery phases.
Manage training schedules and resources.
Possess excellent verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills to engage trainees.
Ensure the effective implementation of training courses, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve trainees’ learning experiences.
Understand the responsibilities and assessment standards of a technical trainer.
Implement and manage the training and teaching process to ensure high-quality and efficient training delivery operations.
Handle customer feedback and complaints to ensure a positive learning experience.
Provide necessary training delivery operation support to customers.
Develop and implement training schedules and delivery plans to ensure efficient and effective program execution.

Skill and Educational Background:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer & Software Engineering, IT, or related fields.
Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to liaise with all levels of internal and external customers and personnel.
Understanding of basic principles of learning and capability development, project management knowledge, and process development.
Fresh graduates with excellent academic results and a passion for learning are encouraged to apply.
