1. Saving and Credit Officer
- Qualifications: Degree, College Diploma, or Level IV (COC mandatory) in Cooperative Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Management.
- Experience:
- 0 years for BA degree holders.
- A minimum of 2 years of related experience for Diploma and Level IV holders (Experience in a Micro Finance Institution is an asset).
- Responsibilities: Undertake social promotion, organize groups, mobilize clients for saving and loan collections, screen organized clients, facilitate loan appraisal, disbursement, and schedule collections.
- Required Quantity: 3 positions.
- Place of Work: Addis Ababa.
2. Branch Cashier I
- Qualifications: College Diploma in Accounting or Level IV in Accounting.
- Experience: 2 years of related work experience (Experience in a Micro Finance Institution is an asset).
- Required Quantity: 3 positions.

3. Risk and Internal Audit Head
- Qualifications: BA Degree in Accounting or Auditing.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in microfinance, banking, insurance, or related fields (Experience in a Micro Finance Institution is an asset).
- Responsibilities: Prepare annual internal audit plans, identify risk-prone financial, procurement, and operational areas, determine audit programs, techniques, sampling methods, and sample size.
- Required Quantity: 3 positions.

4. Branch Accountant I
- Qualifications: BA Degree in Accounting.
- Experience: 1 year of related work experience (Experience in a Micro Finance Institution is an asset).
- Required Quantity: 3 positions.

5. Branch Manager I
- Qualifications: BA Degree/College Diploma in Economics, Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of extensive experience in the related field (Experience in a Micro Finance Institution is an asset).
- Required Quantity: 3 positions.
