1. Finance Intern
- Location: Addis Ababa
- Job Summary: Supports the implementation of internal controls for processing project-level transactions according to GAAP, MTI Finance Manual, and donor requirements.
- Qualifications:
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Accounting) is required; a bachelor’s degree is an added advantage.
- Experience: Fresh graduates.
- Gender: Female applicants only.
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Basic knowledge of non-profit accounting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other programs like Teams.
- Desired knowledge of ERP systems and accounting software (e.g., Sage, Unit4).
- Abilities:
- High accuracy in maintaining detailed records.
- Strong organizational and quantitative skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.

2. Finance Officer
- Location: Addis Ababa
