Shining Stone International invites qualified and competent applicants to apply for the following positions:

1. Human Resources Officer

Educational Background:

• MBA/BA Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Law, or related fields.

Experience:

• 2/4 years and above, with at least 1/2 years in a similar position.

Technical Competencies:

• Proven track record in an organization, preferably in the construction industry.
• Excellent knowledge of labor law.
• Basic computer skills.

Location: Addis Ababa

2. Project Coordinator

Educational Background:

• MSc/BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology Management (COTM), or related fields.

Experience:

• 5-8 years and above, with at least 2-3 years in a similar position.

Technical Competencies:

• Proven track record in an organization, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other design software (specialized in foundation/buildings/road marking works).

Location: Addis Ababa
