1. Guest Experience Host
Qualification:
- Degree/Diploma or Equivalent in Hotel Operation/Management or related fields from a recognized college.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in hotel operations.
- Good customer service, confidence, and organization skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Description:
- Perform opening and closing duties for the Regency Club (RC).
- Ensure the smooth operation of the Regency Club Lounge and monitor guests utilizing the RC.
- Serve guests during day and evening cocktail hours.
- Follow up on guest profile notes on arrival, assign VIP status, coordinate welcome letters and amenities.
- Conduct inspections of main entrance, lobby, guest elevators, corridors, and rooms before guest arrivals.
- Escort VIPs and manage the breakfast experience.
- Enter guest experience notes (GEM), check for potential guest dissatisfaction, and ensure service standards are consistently met.
- Communicate with team leaders and managers regarding dissatisfied guests.
- Identify sales and marketing opportunities, promote in-house promotions, and follow up on tasks using Hotsos.
2. Waiter/Waitress
Qualification:
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Hotel & Tourism Management, Hotel Operation Management, or related fields.
- COC Certification is a mandatory requirement.
- Minimum of 1-year work experience in the field or similar positions.
- Excellent knowledge of hotel products and services.
Job Description:
- Seat guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages according to established procedures.
- Present the menu, answer inquiries, and make food and beverage suggestions.
- Clear and reset counters or tables after each course.
- Be fully conversant with all aspects of the Micros System.
- Compute bills, accept payments, and perform cashier functions.
- Verify cash and credit cards, adhering to finance policies for cash handling.
3. Hostess
Qualification:
- Relevant degree/diploma/certificate in Hotel Operation/Hotel Management or related fields.
- COC Certification is a mandatory requirement.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in related operations.
- Strong team-working abilities and good guest interaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Description:
- Familiarize with all food and beverage items on the outlet menu.
- Utilize the point-of-sales and table assignment system.
- Meet special requests from guests for table assignments or other needs.
- Maintain the entrance area and host/hostess station in an orderly manner.
- Manage the restaurant’s guest history system.
- Support other employees and departments flexibly.
- Handle reservations and table assignments as prescribed by the Outlet Manager.
- Greet and farewell guests, handle complaints and inquiries courteously, and ensure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
