Required Skills and Educational Background:

• Educational Qualification: Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or any related field from an accredited technical school or college.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a network technician or in a similar position.
• Key Skills:
• Outstanding diagnostic, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in the installation of devices.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good knowledge of networking.

2. Facility Manager

Required Skills and Educational Background:

• Educational Qualification: Degree or Advanced Diploma from an accredited technical school or college.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in IT facility management or a related field.
• Key Skills:
• Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in device installation.
• Strong communication skills.
