Position: Principal Compliance Management Officer

Job Purpose:

To ensure the Bank’s compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Terrorist Financing (CTF) regulations, as well as international and national regulatory requirements, by:

• Designing and implementing a proactive, risk-based compliance management approach.
• Conducting due diligence on AML/CTF activities.
• Promoting a culture of compliance management across the Bank.

Skills and Educational Background:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience.
