1. Receptionist

• Location: Addis Ababa

Job Summary:

• The Receptionist will provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors. The role includes greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and keeping the reception area organized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Check patients in and out.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Keep the reception area clean and organized.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates of 2023/24 with a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in using computers and office software.
