Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify and engage potential customers.
• Provide exceptional after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers to maintain relationships and address any concerns.
• Prepare and submit detailed weekly or daily reports on tasks completed to the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Graduates of 2023/24.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field of study.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Amharic.
• Basic computer skills.
