Program Name: System Strengthening through Skills and Internship (SStSI)

The SStSI internship program is designed for fresh graduates to gain valuable work experience within federal ministries, providing opportunities to work alongside senior professionals, receive coaching, and develop skills that contribute to public service. This 12-month paid internship will start in October 2024.

Eligibility Criteria:

Citizenship: Ethiopian

CGPA: Minimum of 3.0
