1. Senior Business Development Officer

Location: Addis Ababa

Skills and Educational Background:

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience: At least 4 years in business development, marketing, or a related field
Proven success in developing and implementing business development plans
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build strong customer relationships at all organizational levels

2. Senior Sales Officer

Location: Addis Ababa

Skills and Educational Background:

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales, particularly in the financial services industry
Strong B2B sales experience with a record of achieving sales targets
Knowledge of advanced sales and marketing strategies
Excellent leadership and team mentoring skills

3. Senior Digital Marketing Officer

Location: Addis Ababa

Skills and Educational Background:

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and campaign management
Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
Proficiency in digital tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager
Excellent data analysis and decision-making skills

4. Camera Personnel

Location: Addis Ababa

Skills and Educational Background:

Experience: Minimum of 4 years in professional photography and videography
Proven experience with Canon Mark 4 or higher camera models
Proficiency in photo/video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and color correction
Excellent attention to detail and creativity
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as needed
