Hanson Trading & Industry Pvt. Ltd. Co. is inviting fresh graduates and experienced candidates to apply for the following job positions:

1. Administration Officer

• Qualification: MBA or BA Degree
• Experience: 0-2 years in a similar role
• Skills:
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
• Responsibilities: Perform administrative duties, including managing office operations and supporting various departments.

2. Sales Supervisor / Showroom Head

• Qualification: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and 2 years in a supervisory role as a showroom head.
• Reporting to: Finance Admin & General Manager
• Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, promoting the company’s services.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information.
  • Engage in sales activities such as cold calling and networking.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet sales targets.
  • Report sales activities to the General Manager and evaluate employees every 3 months for HR review.
• Skills:
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
