1. Import Store Manager

Location: Addis Ababa

Job Summary:

The Import Store Manager will execute medical warehouse storing activities to ensure that pharmaceutical stock is maintained above security levels and in compliance with recommended conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.). The role involves close collaboration with the pharmaceutical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise material orders and dispatching to ensure rational use.
• Receive orders and deliveries, identify potential disparities, and store materials according to the system in force.
• Ensure accurate entries on stock cards and software, including medical devices and related items.
• Participate in regular inventories and report any missing materials, damage, or theft.
• Control warehouse access and ensure security measures are in place.
• Maintain optimal storage conditions and cleanliness in the warehouse.
• Monitor and manage temperature-sensitive products and ensure proper storage and transportation.
• Follow up on stock levels, alarms thresholds, stockouts, expiry dates, and drugs nearing expiration, and report to the supervisor.

Educational Background and Skills:

• Degree: Pharmaceutical Degree
• Experience: 0 years (Fresh Graduates)
• Skills:
• Good communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
