1. Junior Accountant

Type of Employment: Full Time
Location: Addis Ababa

Purpose of the Position:

The Junior Accountant will support the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, posting journal entries, maintaining accounts receivables/payables, and administering monthly payroll.

Skill and Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or related fields
0 to 1 year experience
Proficiency in math and computers
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility

2. Junior Assembly Technician (Paid Internship)

Type of Employment: Full Time
Location: Addis Ababa

Purpose of the Position:

The Junior Assembly Technician will work as part of the manufacturing team, responsible for assembling electric two-wheelers (E2W). The role involves constructing components as per specifications from the Factory Operations Manager.

Skill and Educational Background:

Level II and above TVET graduate in Automechanics or related fields
Fresh graduate from a recognized TVET institution
Knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus
Strong time management, analytical, and communication skills

3. Senior Accountant

Type of Employment: Full Time
Location: Addis Ababa

Purpose of the Position:

The Senior Accountant will oversee financial operations, prepare financial statements, and ensure accurate financial records. The role demands expertise in manufacturing cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting standards.

Skill and Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing sector
Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment
