1. Financial Controller

Job Description:

• Oversee the financial strategy of the business and manage assets to promote sound financial health. Responsibilities include:
• Control and reporting for AMWSC and EABSC.
• Collaborate with the Financial Director to enhance value creation.
• Develop financial capability across teams, entrench policies, and strengthen governance.

Qualifications:

• BA Degree in Accounting and Finance/Accounting; MBA in Finance preferred.
• 10 years in accounting/financial management, with at least 5 years in a financial management role.
• Experience in a multinational manufacturing environment.

Job Description:

• Facilitate the development of a lean, efficient finance function by providing strategic direction, enhancing systems, and improving processes.
