1. Financial Controller

Job Description:

Oversee the financial strategy of the business and manage assets to promote sound financial health. Responsibilities include:
Control and reporting for AMWSC and EABSC.
Collaborate with the Financial Director to enhance value creation.
Develop financial capability across teams, entrench policies, and strengthen governance.

Qualifications:

BA Degree in Accounting and Finance/Accounting; MBA in Finance preferred.
10 years in accounting/financial management, with at least 5 years in a financial management role.
Experience in a multinational manufacturing environment.
Ethiopian Nationals only.

2. Finance Development Manager

Job Description:

Facilitate the development of a lean, efficient finance function by providing strategic direction, enhancing systems, and improving processes.

Qualifications:

BA Degree in Accounting and Finance/Accounting.
Minimum of 5 years in cross-functional finance management.
Experience in a multinational manufacturing environment.
Strong ERP knowledge, with experience in process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma is a plus).
