Position Overview: Trainee Operator

Location: Ginchi, West Showa Zone
Employment Type: Full-time (Shift-based, including night shifts)
Training Program: Includes machinery operation, maintenance, quality assurance, and safety protocols

Academic Requirements and Skills Needed

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields:
• Electrical Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Electromechanical Engineering
• Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• Chemical Engineering
• Food Engineering
• Food Science
• Industrial Engineering
• Industrial Chemistry
• Manufacturing Engineering
• Applied Chemistry
• Or: Level 5 TVET certificate with COC Level 4 in fields such as General Mechanics, Electrical Electronics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Machine Drive

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and adaptability
• Effective communication and a proactive attitude
• Basic technology and machinery operation skills (preferred but not required)
