About the Organization:

Report to: Finance Director

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee fixed assets and inventory accounting, including depreciation, amortization, valuation, and capital expenditure management.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and support strategic financial planning and analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields (CPA or CMA preferred).
5+ years of accounting experience with a focus on fixed asset management.
Proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems) and advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the laboratory adheres to quality management systems, operational processes, and personnel performance standards.
Oversee internal audit processes, external assessments, and quality compliance.
Analyze data, monitor quality deviations, and recommend continuous improvement practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related fields. Advanced degrees may substitute for experience.
3-5 years of relevant laboratory work experience.
Training in Quality Assurance, Quality Management Systems, Six Sigma, or Lean.
Strong knowledge of accreditation standards, QA tools, and laboratory procedures.

Skills Required:

Ability to manage complex projects and conduct quality audits
Excellent communication and leadership skills
