Nib Insurance Company (NIC) invites qualified and competent applicants for the following vacant positions. Established in 2002 with an initial capital of Birr 14 million, NIC has grown to a paid-up capital of Birr 250 million and 1,014 shareholders. NIC offers both General (Non-Life) Insurance and Life Assurance services to its clients.

1. Research and Product Development Division Head

• Minimum Qualification and Experience:
• Education: Degree in Banking and Insurance, Business Management, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: 7 years of relevant experience, including 3 years as a Senior Officer or 4 years as Officer II or similar role.
• Grade: X

2. Customer Complaint Handling Officer II

• Minimum Qualification and Experience:
• Education: Degree in Banking and Insurance, Management, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: 2 years of relevant experience.
• Grade: VI

3. Senior Public Relations and Communication Officer

• Minimum Qualification and Experience:
• Education: Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Management, or related fields.
• Experience: 4 years of relevant experience.
• Grade: VII

4. Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service Division Head

• Minimum Qualification and Experience:
• Education: Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Banking and Insurance, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: 7 years of relevant experience, including 3 years as a Senior Officer or 4 years as Officer II or similar role.
• Grade: X

• Addis Ababa

Terms of Employment

• Permanent, subject to successful completion of probationary period.
