Sidama Bank is a newly licensed commercial bank in Ethiopia, officially operational since July 1, 2022, with 1,900 founding shareholders and a capital of 1.457 billion ETB. The bank’s shareholders include individuals, cooperatives, government offices, churches, associations, and private companies.

1. Manager – Internal Audit Division

Qualification: BA in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Business Management, Management, or related fields (finance and audit certification preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a senior position.
Location: Head Office

2. Senior Network Engineer

Qualification: BSc in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in an officer position.
Location: Head Office

3. Senior Digital Banking Service Officer

Qualification: BSc in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in an officer position.
Location: Head Office

4. Senior Application Systems Administrator

Qualification: BSc in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in an officer position.
