1. Sales Officer

• Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Recruit, train, and oversee sales employees.
• Call potential customers to promote products and facilitate purchases.
• Respond to customer inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of company products.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer appointments, and complaints.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to reach target audiences.
• Suggest product improvements based on market feedback.

• Duties and Responsibilities:
• Record business transactions and process journal entries.
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
• Manage accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reviewing expenses.
• Update financial data to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly financial reports.
