1. Sales Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Recruit, train, and oversee sales employees.
Call potential customers to promote products and facilitate purchases.
Respond to customer inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
Gain in-depth knowledge of company products.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer appointments, and complaints.
Collaborate with the marketing department to reach target audiences.
Suggest product improvements based on market feedback.
Location: Around Wollo Sefer, Addis Ababa

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: 0-1 year
Skills: Sales strategy knowledge, analytical thinking, negotiation, customer service, and effective communication.

2. Junior Accountant

Duties and Responsibilities:
Record business transactions and process journal entries.
Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
Manage accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
Assist in preparing financial statements and reviewing expenses.
Update financial data to ensure accuracy.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly financial reports.
Location: Around Wollo Sefer, Addis Ababa

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Experience: 0-1 year
