Position: Liaison Clerk

Job Requirements:

• Education: 10+ level education.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Liaison Clerk or in a related field.

Essential Functions:

• Deliver letters and documents to individuals or organizations and collect responses.
• Verify court orders and decisions from the registrar.
• Hand-deliver court filings, summons, and legal notices to relevant parties or institutions.
• Serve legal papers to individuals involved in legal proceedings, including witnesses.
• Submit legal or auction notices to be published in newspapers via the Ethiopian Press Agency.
• Deliver collateral seizure letters to the National Bank of Ethiopia, secure the seizure order, and submit it to the police.
• Maintain delivery records, including date and time, and report any issues or discrepancies.
• Search for attachable properties under the names of judgment debtors/defaulters.
• Retrieve impounded vehicles/machinery from traffic police and ensure they are stored at the bank’s premises.
• Ensure bank mechanics maintain accurate records for impounded vehicles/machinery.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Special Skills:

• Must hold a motorcycle driving license and have experience driving a motorcycle.
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa
