Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: BA/Diploma in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Finance within private companies, government, or NGOs.
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Willingness to travel and work in rural areas under challenging conditions.
Key Skills:

2. Head of Human Resources
Location: Addis Ababa, Head Office

Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 5 years in HR, including a management role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Ethiopian Labour Law.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and fluent in English.

- Strong planning, organization, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Active listening, budgeting, and leadership skills.
3. Assistant Financial Control – DONORS
Location: Addis Ababa, Head Office

Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: BA in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 6–8 years of work experience, with 4+ years in a managerial role in an international NGO.
- Knowledge of donor-funded programs (USAID, ECHO, UN Agencies).
- Advanced Excel, SAGE proficiency, and internationally recognized accounting qualifications (e.g., ACCA).
Key Skills:
- Confidentiality, accountability, and team management.
- Strong judgment, technical and managerial abilities.
4. Assistant Financial Control – FINANCE
Location: Addis Ababa, Head Office
Deadline: December 2, 2024
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: BA in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 6–8 years of work experience, with 4+ years in a managerial role in an international NGO.
- Proficiency in donor-funded program management and advanced accounting software.
- Recognized accounting qualifications (e.g., ACCA).

- Accountability, team management, and problem-solving.
- Resilience and adaptability in high-pressure environments.
