Position: Medical Equipment Service Engineer

Job Summary

HSHARY Trading Plc seeks skilled and dedicated Medical Equipment Service Engineers to join our technical services team. The successful candidates will handle installation, maintenance, and repair of medical equipment, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Installation: Set up medical equipment in healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
Maintenance: Conduct routine preventive maintenance to optimize equipment functionality and lifespan.
Repairs: Diagnose and resolve malfunctions in medical devices using technical tools and manuals.
Calibration: Ensure accurate and reliable device operation through regular calibration.
Technical Support: Train healthcare professionals on proper use and maintenance of equipment.
Compliance: Adhere to industry regulations, safety guidelines, and manufacturer protocols.
Documentation: Maintain detailed service records, including work orders and equipment reports.
Customer Service: Build strong client relationships by providing excellent support and service.

Job Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

Experience:

No prior experience required.

Skills:

Strong technical knowledge of medical devices.
Proficiency in interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Effective communication and customer service expertise.
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with imaging equipment, patient monitoring systems, and endoscopy instruments.
Knowledge of healthcare facility operations and requirements.

Working Conditions

Type: Full-time position.
Travel: Frequent travel to healthcare facilities for on-site service.
Hours: May include weekends and evenings for emergency repairs.
Physical Requirements: Lifting and maneuvering heavy equipment may be necessary.
