Position 1: Site Engineer

Job Purpose
Enhance construction project management by closely monitoring and managing designated project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure design plans are accurately implemented and collaborate with contractor representatives.
• Track and update the progress of assigned construction projects.
• Supervise daily progress and activities at project sites.
• Prepare and share regular project status updates (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Address and escalate issues as needed.
• Understand project scope and quality expectations.
• Advise on planning, coordination, and supervision of technical aspects of construction projects.
• Conduct necessary inspections on ongoing construction projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Management, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of six (6) years as a Site Engineer in Real Estate Projects, with expertise in finishing work.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Amharic and English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Position 2: Storekeeper

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain, Accounting and Finance, Management, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Amharic and English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Ability to maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
