Position 1: Site Engineer

Job Purpose
Enhance construction project management by closely monitoring and managing designated project sites.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure design plans are accurately implemented and collaborate with contractor representatives.
Track and update the progress of assigned construction projects.
Supervise daily progress and activities at project sites.
Prepare and share regular project status updates (daily, weekly, monthly).
Address and escalate issues as needed.
Understand project scope and quality expectations.
Advise on planning, coordination, and supervision of technical aspects of construction projects.
Conduct necessary inspections on ongoing construction projects.
Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Management, Computer Science, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of six (6) years as a Site Engineer in Real Estate Projects, with expertise in finishing work.
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency in Amharic and English (written and spoken) is essential.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Position 2: Storekeeper

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain, Accounting and Finance, Management, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience.
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency in Amharic and English (written and spoken) is essential.
Ability to maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
