Position 1: Security Guard
- Qualifications:
- Completed secondary school education and security training.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in high-traffic environments.
- Strong observational and alertness skills.
- Certifications in fire, safety, and first aid.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Position 2: Security Supervisor
- Qualifications:
- Diploma in Police Science.
- At least 5 years of experience in high visitor-volume environments.
- Skilled in security protocol implementation.
- Proficient in computer usage.
- Certifications in fire, safety, and first aid.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Position 3: IT Supervisor (Temporary – 6 months)
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- Experience in the hotel, leisure, or service industry preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft systems and hotel-specific applications (e.g., Fidelio, Micros).
- Strong technical knowledge and organizational skills.
Position 4: Executive Pastry Chef
- Qualifications:
- Diploma or certificate in Pastry Arts or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in high-volume production.
- Expertise in creative menu planning, cost management, and compliance with food safety standards.
Position 5: Assistant Front Office Manager
- Qualifications:
- BA in Hotel Operations or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in front office operations, with supervisory experience in hospitality.
- High IT proficiency and commercial awareness.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Position 6: Chief Engineer
- Qualifications:
- Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Expertise in safety, security, and MEP systems management.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Position 7: Accounts Receivable
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 3 years’ experience in accounts receivable roles.
Position 8: HVAC/AC Technician
- Qualifications:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC technology.
- 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
Position 9: Room & Public Area Care Supervisor
- Qualifications:
- Diploma in Electrical or General Maintenance.
- 5 years of experience in hospitality maintenance or supervision.
Position 10: Boiler Plant Room Operator
- Qualifications:
- TVET Level II or III in Boiler Operations or Industrial Maintenance.
- Knowledge of steam boiler systems and safety standards.
Position 11: Refrigeration Technician
- Qualifications:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or refrigeration.
- 5 years of experience in refrigeration maintenance.
Position 12: Room Care Technician
- Qualifications:
- Diploma in Electrical or General Maintenance.
- 2 years of experience in multi-skilled maintenance tasks.
