Position 2: Grade 4 Branch Manager

Educational Qualification:

• BA or BSc in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.

Experience:

• Six years of proven and relevant post-qualification insurance experience, with:
  • Two years in a supervisory position, or
  • Three years as a senior officer.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of insurance products and services.
• Strong marketing and selling skills.
• Team building, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Excellent computer skills.
• CII certification is an advantage.

Position 3: Manager – Reinsurance

Educational Qualification:

• BA or BSc/MA or MSc in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.

Experience:

• Ten (for BA/BSc) or nine (for MA/MSc) years of proven and relevant post-qualification insurance experience, with:
  • Two years as a section head, or
  • Five years in a supervisory position in reinsurance.

Skills Required:

• In-depth knowledge of insurance products and services.
• Communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Team-building abilities.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Advanced computer skills.
• CII certification is an advantage.
