Qualification:

• LLB or LLM in Corporate Governance and Business Regulation

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience, with at least 2 years as a Legal Officer

Preferred Skills:

• Strong teamwork spirit and ethical behavior
• Knowledge of laws related to government/commercial contract administration
• Excellent customer handling and problem-solving skills
• Commitment and adaptability to changes

Position 2: Procurement Officer I

Qualification:

• BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Public Administration, Business Law, Purchasing, or related fields

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years as a Procurement Officer

Preferred Skills:

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to assess priorities and handle multiple tasks effectively
• Technical and legal writing proficiency

Position 3: Manager, Upcountry Claims Division

Qualification:

• BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA in Management, Accounting, Economics, or related fields

Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years in core insurance operations, including:
  • 4 years in supervisory or managerial roles
  • At least 2 years managing claims settlement operations

Preferred Skills:

• Leadership, negotiation, and team management skills
• Strong knowledge of commercial law and insurance regulations
• High ethical standards and ability to work under pressure
