Position: Branch Manager “D”

Job Requirements:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Banking, Marketing, Cooperative, Agricultural Economics, Agriculture, or other related fields in social sciences and business.
• Experience:
• 4 years of relevant experience for Degree holders.
• 6 years of relevant experience for Diploma holders.
• Skills and Attributes:
• Strong initiative, perseverance, and team management skills.
• High integrity and responsibility.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Financial management skills, including a basic understanding of accounting.
• Strong training, facilitation, mentorship, and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and marketing skills.
• Valid motorbike driving license.

Terms of Employment: Permanent
Place of Work: Branches under CN Regional Operation Office
Salary: As per the institution’s salary scale
