Position: Branch Manager “D”

Job Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Banking, Marketing, Cooperative, Agricultural Economics, Agriculture, or other related fields in social sciences and business.
Experience:
4 years of relevant experience for Degree holders.
6 years of relevant experience for Diploma holders.
Skills and Attributes:
Strong initiative, perseverance, and team management skills.
High integrity and responsibility.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Financial management skills, including a basic understanding of accounting.
Strong training, facilitation, mentorship, and coaching abilities.
Excellent communication and marketing skills.
Valid motorbike driving license.

Terms of Employment: Permanent
Place of Work: Branches under CN Regional Operation Office
Salary: As per the institution’s salary scale
